Wade Germann

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne and attended Ball State University. After college, I spent time living in Indianapolis and Chicago, experiences that broadened my perspective both personally and professionally, before ultimately finding my way back home to Fort Wayne.

From 2010 to 2014, I served in the Indiana Army National Guard, where I held various positions and served in multiple organizations across the state. My time in the Guard taught me discipline, adaptability, and the importance of showing up ready to work—values I continue to carry into my real estate career.

Outside of the Army, I am a Real Estate Broker and Investor. As a real estate agent, I take a truly hands-on approach and have no hesitation when it comes to getting my hands dirty. Need someone to crawl into a crawl space to check for moisture? I’ve done it. Need an attic inspected in the middle of summer? I’m your man. I believe understanding a property firsthand is critical to properly advising clients and protecting their interests.

My passion for real estate began in 2019 when I purchased and renovated my first home. Watching a property develop from an idea into a finished product is something that genuinely fascinates me and continues to fuel my enthusiasm for the industry. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investment properties, I enjoy being involved in the process from start to finish.

When I’m not working in real estate or tackling renovation projects, I enjoy taking long walks with my wife and our dog—often making our way to local taco trucks and restaurants around town.
